How do I know which size of sports gear to order?
We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for compression wear or checking the specific measurements for our equipment to ensure a perfect fit.
What is the standard shipping timeframe?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Standard domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination.
Can I return equipment if it has been used?
To maintain high safety and hygiene standards, we only accept returns on items in their original, unused condition with tags attached. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
What payment methods do you accept?
Y1 Sport accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We also offer buy-now-pay-later options through Klarna and Afterpay in select regions.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all Y1 Sport high-performance equipment comes with a 6-month manufacturer's warranty against defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear from regular athletic use.
